Step-by-Step Guide
Prepare Your Space and Posture: Find a quiet place to sit comfortably with a straight spine, relaxed shoulders, and hands resting gently. Close your eyes and take a few deep, calming breaths, allowing your body to settle.
Begin Root Chakra Visualization: Bring your awareness to the base of your spine (Root Chakra, Muladhara). As you inhale, visualize a vibrant red light filling this area, feeling grounded and secure. As you exhale, release any tension or fear. Repeat this process for 5-7 breaths.
Ascend Through Chakras with Breath: Move your awareness slowly upwards, focusing on each subsequent chakra for 5-7 breaths: Sacral (below navel, orange, creativity); Solar Plexus (above navel, yellow, personal power); Heart (center of chest, green, love/compassion); Throat (throat, blue, communication); Third Eye (between eyebrows, indigo, intuition); Crown (top of head, violet/white, spiritual connection). With each inhale, visualize the corresponding color filling the area; with each exhale, feel the energy expanding.
