Step-by-Step Guide
Prepare Your Space and Intention: Find a quiet, comfortable area where you won't be disturbed. Lay out a mat or sit on a cushion. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself and set an intention for your practice, such as 'to cultivate inner peace' or 'to connect with my higher self'.
Engage in Gentle Hatha Yoga Flow: Begin with a series of gentle physical postures (asanas) to warm up your body and improve flexibility. Focus on linking your breath with movement. Examples include Cat-Cow stretches, gentle spinal twists, and Sun Salutation variations. Perform each pose consciously for 3-5 breaths, moving slowly and mindfully.
